Rulings

The Friend played by this card's activated ability does not need to have its play requirements met in order to play it. If a player flips multiple cards during a faceoff and then uses this card's triggered ability to put a Pumped Friend into play at a Problem, that player could not place one of the other flipped cards underneath the Pumped friend (as those flipped cards have been simultaneously placed on the bottom of the deck by the time the Pumped Friend is played).
