Changes: Cutie Mark

Cutie Marking is a keyword action that is found on characters. It was first included on cards in the Marks in Time set.

Effect: Main Phase: Pay 2 AT to Cutie Mark this card. (It becomes Cutie Marked and you put a +1 power counter on it. You can't Cutie Mark a Cutie Marked card.)

Also, many cards will have an additional effect that requires that they be "Cutie Marked".
